Hi, my name is Robin and this is my weight loss
journey through Open RNY Gastric Bypass Surgery. My journey began on August 30, 2001.
On the following pages, you will see the dreaded 'before'
pictures everyone LOVES to see! Subsequently, you will see pictures throughout my journey months at a time, so you can
see me melt right before your eyes!
This journey has been a blessed one. I was one
of the fortunate ones that had this surgery that have had minimal problems. God has blessed me with great health and
taken care of me every step of the way.
I've tried to make this website more of a 'photo album'
since most people just want to look at the pictures anyway. I will include one page of 'suggestions' for those of you
who are considering having this surgery and have many questions that need to be answered. I would be glad to help anyone
that I can who might desire to be thin.
I'm here to tell you that even though the surgery itself,
is a final resort for weight loss, it is WELL worth the journey as the weight leaves your body. Being thin and
healthy is one of the best gifts God can give you. Life is absolutely worth living again and it only gets better and
better everyday!
